Hi It was good except for two things: First prices of drinks even water was terrible high prices, not nice ! And sandard bottle of water to each guest not exist....

All the staff were polite and helpful. Food was quite good for the type of hotel. The lounge and bar area was light and airy and access to the outside was a bonus. Our family was able to relax before our early flight. There were take away cups in the rooms which we used to take tea with us to the airport.

Breakfast was excellent, and the evening meals offered a good choice for a hotel. I was only able to try two of the options but they were both delicious. Also worth mentioning the staff who were all friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large & comfortable, and once I had got the a/c set it was fine. The safe was very useful. I used the security latch on the door as per the instructions, and to my surprise it worked, when at 11:30 someone knocked loudly then tried to enter the room. I said hello and they apologised, I expect it was an enthusiastic cleaner so no harm done.

The design of the lobby has a beautiful modern aesthetic and it's air conditioned. The restaurant has quite a few lovely seating arrangements. The elevator area is beautiful and then you step into even more beautiful elevators, each with a similar but different design. I liked the room, especially the bathroom, that mirror was quite the eyecatcher and very important, the bed was comfortable. The welcome message on the TV screen was such a nice touch. Another welcoming touch, within the wardrobe/cabinet, you will find a tray in the open area with an electric kettle, cups/mugs, to-go-cups and a bottle opener and when you open the drawer within the tray you will find a small selection of tea, coffee, milk, sugars and sweeteners. There was also a mini fridge and a vault. An iron and ironing board are also available in the room. Breakfast was nice, the buffet pretty much shows itself and the restaurant staff were on standby if need be. It's not a big buffet, but there's plenty to choose from. Despite the early checkout, as my flight wasn't until the evening, I was able to request for them to hold my luggage so that I could enjoy a day out after checkout and retrieve my luggage upon return before heading to the airport.

The location is very close to the airport and the places that we wanted to visit. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are soundproof and quiet. Altogether the room facilities are really fine.

Our arrival was delayed by traffic so we phoned ahead to make sure we could get dinner still. We were told restaurant closes at 10 so to pre book the food and they would start cooking at 9. We thought this was helpful Rooms were comfortable and together as requested. Also easy to find hotel and parking. Manager in bar/restaurant very efficient.

Located very near to Luton Airport with Bus stops right outside that take you either to the airport or the train station, Luton town itself etc. Transport options were good. For an airport hotel, it was very quiet and the airplane noise was not overbearing. Hotel itself is very nice with a nice style. The staff especially at the check-in desk were very friendly and accommodating. The double room is quite spacious, clean and has everything you need. Very happy with my stay and will stay again.

I will admit we only stayed about 6 hours on the way to the airport, more than 3 sleeping. The room was decently sized, clean and prepared. We were missing nothing for our very short stay. Location is superb for airport travel (the reason we decided to stay there).

It was so clean and I booked it last minute. I just needed a nice place to stay for the evening as I checked out quite early. The staff were approachable and it was very last minute but it was very convenient for me and my sister.

.Amazing staff..excellent service across the board including cleaning staff professional and helpful. Restaurant manager and her colleague made my young daughter and i feel really at home. Rooms lovely. Amazing soundproofing even though planes taking off rught outside windows..was great to watch but not disturbed. Loved everything.
